Awesome! Online PC Support

There is an old saying “Dream as if youll live forever, live as if youll die today” but it inspired me a lot and I purchased an hp desktop at the age of 60 by breaking my some fixed deposits, when most of the guys lead a miserable life. I was pretty much enthusiastic regarding the machine and the installed applications including a series of pogo games. Well it was not my solitary decision I did it for the interest of my grandson, who just turned off No. 6 candle, on his Big B’ day Cake.

Last week I went for a tour and when I came back I found him really sad. When asked about he replied very honestly “Grandfather nothing is fine, I haven’t played since you left for the tour”. I assured him don’t worry dear im back and we will handle the things soon and will get everything fixed and smooth. I tried to get power on the hp system and found that it’s getting frequent restart on its own. I called up the phone number of an online PC support company to diagnose the computer problem. Very soon I was connected to a technician. After some formalities and a bit of information sharing about the occurrence of the problem he instructed me to start the Hp computer in safe-mode. Afterwards, he gave me a link and said that your system is virus infected and it needs to be scanned with a compatible virus scanner tool. He gave me a web-link and told me to download and execute the program on your system to make if virus-free.

I downloaded the virus removal tool on my system and run the program to perform the task. The software worked well and it took 10 minutes to accomplish the job. It was a good experience of self-troubleshooting. When I got the ‘Finish’ button I cheered up with joy. I clicked on the tab and restarted the machine. My grandson jumped up saying “Fantastic!  We closed the deal.” Now, my system was working well, I saw the charming smile of the little kid back, my inner voice thanked the great tech support!
